WILL ANYONE KNOW ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT?
No! All appointments are 100% confidential. We do not share your information with anyone except your Baddie Maid.
DOES SHE BRING SUPPLIES?
For your appointment we will clean with supplies that you provide, so we appreciate if you had them ready for your Baddie Maid. We recommend paper towels, rags, an excellent choice of music, and cleaning chemicals. If you do not have cleaning supplies the maid can provide supplies for a fee of $30.
WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST?
Special requests (i.e specific clothing) must be discussed ahead of time. Depending on the request, there may be an additional charge.
CAN I PAY WHEN THE MAID ARRIVES?
No. All appointments must be paid for via invoice before the maid is sent to the home or private office. You can tip the maid in cash though.
CAN I BOOK MORE THAN ONE MAID FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes, but please know that you will be charge for them individually and not as a pair.
CAN I BOOK A MAID DURING A HOLIDAY THAT THE OFFICE IS CLOSED?
Yes, but you will be charged an additional $100 on top of your requested service fee for Holiday pay. Also, the date cannot be on the actual Holiday itself. It has to be before or after.
